Discovery → architecture → iterative build → handover. Most engagements run 4–12 weeks depending on scope.
Do you work with non-AI projects?
We can, but we're best suited to work where AI is core to the solution — not bolted on as a feature.
What's your minimum project size?
We don't have a hard minimum, but we typically focus on engagements of at least 2–3 weeks. Smaller one-day audits are also available.
Do you offer ongoing retainers?
Yes. After an initial project, many clients move to a monthly retainer for ongoing development and support.
Where are you based?
Suswo is a remote-first studio. We work across time zones and have no fixed office.
Do you work with early-stage startups?
Yes — some of our best engagements are with early-stage teams. Equity arrangements are considered case-by-case.
